Foodbank of Santa Barbara County

The Foodbank of Santa Barbara County works collaboratively with 290 nonprofit organizations and program to provide food and nutrition education to 164,000 people annually throughout Santa Barbara County. As the leading hunger-relief organization, the Foodbank and its network distributed 10 million pounds of nutritious food to those in need in 2010. Additionally, the Foodbank successfully runs its own programs ranging from the Feed the Future Program which ensures a healthy future for the children of our community to the Backyard Bounty Program.
